As a Design Engineer at Toyota, you will work with: Translating customer needs into technical specifications. Developing innovative solutions and quickly seeing them implemented into finished products. Being technically cohesive and coordinating development across multiple technical disciplines. Solving technical challenges and developing sustainable solutions in close collaboration with customers, production, and other technical functions. Here you'll become part of an engaged and competent team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and inclusion are a natural part of everyday work. The role offers many touchpoints with both customers and production, giving you the opportunity to influence solutions throughout the development process. Together we work to create customer value by combining delivery focus with continuous improvements, innovation, and methodology development. For the position of Mechanical Design Engineer, we're looking for you who have/are: A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, or several years of professional experience in design. Knowledge of 3D CAD systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To succeed in the role, you are an engaged and responsible person driven by developing solutions and seeing the results of your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment where different perspectives are valued and where success is created together.
