Borensberg Health Center is centrally located in central Borensberg and has 6,200 registered patients. The health centers offer physician consultations, specialist nurse consultations, nurse consultations, child health care, psychosocial expertise, foot care, and laboratory services. We are also responsible for several nursing homes. Lyckorna and Borensberg Health Centers have a combined organization with a shared management team. During spring 2024, a merger of Borensberg Health Center and Lyckorna Health Center was completed to form a robust operation. Job Description The role as MLA comprises approximately 20% of your time and involves ensuring high patient safety, monitoring the operation's medical results, and investigating and preventing deviations. The MLA should also assist the operations manager with medical matters and ensure participation in necessary meetings and training to fulfill the role. The MLA should be a good role model and representative for the health center both internally and externally. Work Team We have well-functioning, well-equipped, and pleasant facilities, as well as a development-inspired approach, and conduct broad primary care operations. The health center offers physician consultations, specialist nurse consultations, nurse consultations, elderly care consultations, child health care, psychosocial expertise, dietician expertise, foot care, and laboratory services. We are approximately 50 employees who enjoy working together in an open work environment. More information about working with us can be found on the Working at Health Center page. About You The requirement for this position is that you are a specialist in general medicine. You have Swedish medical licensure (attach to application), a specialist certificate, and Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. Experience with the Cosmic medical record system is advantageous. We see it as an advantage if you have a few years of experience as a qualified specialist. If you have previous experience as a medical lead or held another management position before, that is meriting. Driver's License Category B is required. As an MLA, it is important that you are quality-conscious and thorough. You should be independent and take initiative as well as be driven to implement what management has decided.
