As a temporary staff member in our Care and Social Services Administration, you are employed by the Unit for Staffing and Welfare Technology. The Care and Social Services Administration is now recruiting temporary staff for various operations. 50 position(s). WORK TASKS With us you will get a varied and exciting job. There are opportunities to work in different operations within the Care and Social Services Administration, and as a new temporary staff member you will receive an individual introduction plan tailored to your needs and the operation's needs. For us, it is important to provide you with the right conditions so that you feel secure in your professional role. We have different operational areas that you can choose to work in: • Home care services • Care facilities for elderly care • Short-term housing/rehabilitation • Group homes and short-term housing (LSS) • Social psychiatry • Individually tailored support/personal assistance Your workday will consist of tasks that mainly involve providing support and services based on individual needs, as well as care for our clients. This may include, for example, help with hygiene, medication management, meal preparation, and rehabilitation training. Through various activities, such as walks and outings, you help create joy and motivation for our clients. Work is sometimes done together with your colleagues and sometimes alone. You will work according to a schedule with either day, evening, and weekend work or night and weekend work. On-call duty also occurs in certain operations. You make yourself available in our booking system on the days and times you can work and will then receive bookings if the work shifts match your available time. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • completed upper secondary education in care and health or other education that the employer considers equivalent • good computer skills • good language skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing (language test is part of the recruitment process) • B driving license for manual transmission, required for certain operations It is meritorious if you have: • experience working in care and health services As a person, you are committed, perceptive, and empathetic. You enjoy meeting people and like to collaborate with others. You are flexible and confident even when plans change, and you treat every person with respect and consideration. You follow procedures and regulations within care services and maintain agreed times. You communicate clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing, and adapt yourself to whom you are speaking with. Heavy work tasks also occur, which require good physical fitness.
