The department consists of 12 employees divided into IT specialists, IT coordinators, system experts, system specialists, system coordinators, and BI and data specialists. As an IT Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring fast, efficient, and high-quality IT support for the operation. You serve as the first point of contact for many IT-related questions and help coordinate support flows so employees can focus on their work. You work closely with both internal colleagues and external vendors and have an important function in creating structure, good service, and a well-functioning IT environment. Your Responsibilities Coordinate IT support in office and warehouse environments Be the first point of contact for IT-related questions Manage and support business-critical client hardware Administer IT orders and lifecycle management of client equipment Document, develop, and maintain knowledge and procedures in the field Collaborate with internal IT functions and external vendors to ensure efficient solutions Contribute to developing work methods and improved support processes Contribute to IT projects Monitor IT-related costs, provide input to the budgeting process, and ensure compliance with approved budget frameworks.
