Do you want to work with cooking in a unique environment where quality, craftsmanship, and guest experience are at the center? We are now looking for a chef who wants to be part of creating memorable experiences during our intensive and highly appreciated Christmas buffet season. Bauergården is a hotel and restaurant located in the Småland countryside near Bunn. During the last months of the year, we welcome many Christmas buffet, conference, and hotel guests and therefore need to strengthen our kitchen team. About the Position We are looking for a chef for seasonal employment during the period November 27 to December 31, with a focus on our Christmas buffet season and activities around the New Year. You will work together with our kitchen team and be involved in both preparations and service. We value quality, good planning, and a genuine passion for cooking. Your work tasks will include: - Preparation of hot and cold Christmas buffet dishes - Preparation and mise en place - Cooking for hotel, conference, and restaurant guests - Ensuring high quality and good food handling - Collaboration with other staff in the kitchen and restaurant We are looking for you who: - Have experience working in restaurant kitchens - Are independent, responsible, and organized - Thrive with a fast pace during intensive periods - Have a genuine interest in food and ingredients - Are a team player with a positive attitude Experience with Christmas buffets or large-scale production is a plus but not required.
