In this shared role, you combine physiotherapeutic interventions with creative work around activities. You work in close collaboration with an occupational therapist colleague, and together you are responsible for promoting movement, health, and participation for our residents. About the Role As a physiotherapist, you are part of a team together with an occupational therapist, nurses, and care staff. Together, your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. In your role as a physiotherapist, you find together with the residents the best ways to use their own abilities in everyday life. You support and motivate people to develop and maintain their own mobility. This often means that you assess and treat residents' movement problems and functional limitations. Together with the occupational therapist, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing interventions that strengthen our residents' mobility, health, and quality of life. You also work preventatively by educating other staff members about transfer techniques to avoid injury. Because of you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. Your Experience and Knowledge We imagine that you who apply to us: are attracted to varied work that requires extensive knowledge of care enjoy meeting people in different situations are responsible, driven, and have a positive and educational approach have a good ability to collaborate as well as work independently enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues are experienced in organizing your work efficiently You are a licensed physiotherapist, and we would like to see that you have worked for a few years in elderly care.
