We are currently a team of about 25 employees working with everything from crop production, soil mapping, livestock, EU support, environment, forestry, projects, accounting and finance. About the Position
As a crop production advisor, you will work both independently and together with our other crop advisors serving customers. The role will include helping customers with their EU applications. Depending on your interests and expertise, the role can be adapted and developed. You have significant responsibility and plan your work both independently and as part of the team. In return, you are offered a flexible role with great freedom to influence and plan your workday.
We have offices in both Huskvarna and Vetlanda, with the primary location in Huskvarna.
- Develop crop production plans, plant nutrient balances, and conduct field visits
- Provide qualified advice and help customers make informed decisions based on the whole picture
- Support farmers in economic and strategic decisions
- Work with profitability, applications, and business development
- Build long-term customer relationships and be an important sounding board in farmers' daily operations
About You
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in crop production, particularly grassland, as this is an important part of our advisory work. You are unpretentious and enjoy the variety between practical, administrative, and advisory tasks. As a person, we appreciate someone who is curious, engaged, and a team player who enjoys working closely with people and businesses.

Qualifications
- Relevant education for the position from university, college, or vocational school, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the field is advantageous but not required
- Driver's license (Category B)

- Experience in crop production, particularly grassland production
- Experience with various crop production software programs
