This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Orkla. Your Role As a process operator at BUBS, you will have an important and varied role in an automated production environment. You are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes while ensuring that production maintains high quality and efficiency. You will be part of a competent and dedicated team where collaboration is a given. At the same time, we are looking for someone who contributes with drive and initiative - someone who actively helps develop the work in your daily activities. Your Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs safely and efficiently according to Orkla's high standards. Your responsibilities include: Monitor and control production flows via computerized systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Perform preventive maintenance and simple repairs Handle raw materials and finished products according to procedures Document operational data, deviations, and improvement suggestions Actively participate in improvement work to increase efficiency and quality Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment where structure, responsibility, and teamwork are essential, but where you are also expected to contribute with your own drive and initiative. You have experience from industrial production, for example as a process operator, machine operator, or equivalent. Requirements High school education in industrial technology, electrical/energy, or equivalent, or experience in industrial production Basic IT skills and understanding of control systems Swedish in speech and writing, and basic English ForkLift certification A1-A4 (B1 is also welcome) Desirable Experience from food production Knowledge of or work according to HACCP Completed HASP training (or equivalent) Experience in process industry or automated production More About the Position Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period Shift work: 5-shift, which may include: Constant 2-shift Constant night shift Constant weekend shift Background check (criminal record extract) will be conducted before employment About Orkla Snacks Sverige Orkla is the leading branded goods company in the Nordic region and has over 18,000 employees.
