About Eviaskolan Eviaskolan operates resource schools with integrated outpatient care in school teaching with treatment. Through our combined expertise, we make a significant difference for students who have struggled most in their schooling. Many of our students have not attended school for a long time before starting at Eviaskolan and often have neuropsychiatric disabilities. Job Duties We are now looking for a teacher who can teach our students in mathematics and science. Employment level 100% Eviaskolan practices co-teaching and interdisciplinary instruction where teachers plan and work together with treatment personnel. Teaching takes place in small groups, individually, and through practical application. At Eviaskolan, every learning opportunity is utilized, whether it occurs in the classroom or outside. Our teachers work from a relationship-building mentorship approach. Eviaskolan is at the forefront of its work with Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), an evidence-based method aimed at improving study environment, work environment, and academic results through clear expectations and feedback with a focus on reinforcing the positive. Treatment interventions are based on a learning psychology perspective, both in groups and individually during students' school day, and are carried out by trained treatment specialists with expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Teachers and treatment specialists work as a team around the students. Qualifications Certified teacher for grades 7-9 in mathematics and science (required). Experience working with students needing special support in school/learning studio (required). Driver's license category B (desirable).
