We are now looking for a driven Object Specialist to the Education Center, who wants to work close to both operations and IT.
Job Description
The Education Center, which is part of FoUUi, has hospital-wide responsibility for education matters. A large part of the work will involve Kompetenstorget (Ping Pong platform), but as future competency needs shift more toward strategic data analysis, change management, and AI understanding, other platforms and systems may also be included in the work, within education, development, research, and innovation.
The Kompetenstorget governance object is a cohesive IT support for competency planning and competency development. Kompetenstorget is a support for employees and managers to follow the region's process for strategic competency planning. Kompetenstorget supports the operations in creating, administering, and following up on educational activities such as e-learning and physical courses. You will serve as the link between operations, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that systems support processes and work methods in an efficient and secure manner. The work includes, among other things, managing and developing Kompetenstorget, collaborating with HR, providing support to employees and managers, training on the platform, and collaborating with the region's central functions and networks. The position also includes troubleshooting, providing solutions, and developing and implementing standardized processes.
Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through solid professional experience
Experience working with platforms for learning and competency management
Experience with support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting in web-based systems
Knowledge of data protection
Language Requirements:
Swedish skills equivalent to at least level C1
Meritorious:
Experience in further development of processes for application support
AI and automation understanding
Understanding of how different platforms interact and share data
Pedagogical experience
