Be part of making every day a little better! Do you want to lead our team of 15 commercial kitchen and dishwashing technicians working at our restaurant and catering customers? We are now looking for a sales leader who wants to drive our technology business. At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout Sweden. As a market leader, we drive development and work hard to make every day a little better. Our technicians' days consist of, among other things, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and warranty service of commercial kitchen equipment. You are responsible for creating the right conditions for both customers and employees. You are responsible for developing strong partnerships with existing and new customers and driving profitable growth in your area. You have full profit responsibility for your department. Your main responsibilities You manage, coach, and are responsible for employee development. Our technicians are located from north to south, in several different places around Sweden. You plan work according to set goals and are operationally responsible for our technology function. As a sales leader for technology, you will: Lead, inspire, and coach your technology team Have personnel responsibility and operational responsibility for the team's daily operations Conduct coaching joint visits with your employees, which involves traveling around the country as you have staff in several different locations Set and achieve goals for the team and for individual employees You report to the business manager for our restaurant equipment and non-food business area and are part of the business area's sales management. You see opportunities and take own initiatives for solutions that simplify, clarify, and save time. You have experience in both setting and working toward goals, understand the importance of follow-up, and ensure that deadlines are met. To succeed in the role, we believe you: Have experience from a management position with personnel responsibility and are familiar with systematic occupational health and safety work Are a confident, coaching, and inspiring leader who develops the team in everyday situations Create engagement, drive toward common goals, and are solution-oriented and business-minded Are experienced in change management and have a focus on growth Have good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., dishwashers, ovens, cooktops) Have good experience and knowledge of electrical installations and we prefer that you are a certified electrician Are communicative in speech and writing, internally and externally Are experienced in planning and follow-up Have excellent collaboration skills and are good at building strong relationships internally, with customers, and with partners Have a B driver's license How does the recruitment process work?
