Project Manager Production Planning

Your Tasks In your role as Project Manager Production Planning, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating work within production planning, budgeting, and execution. During the planning phase, you will, among other things: - Lead the development of business and execution strategy. - Plan the project's upcoming execution, including contract structure and selection of contract types. - Take responsibility for production-related matters in the planning and design phase. - Develop and monitor plans for mass handling, project budgets, and execution schedules. - Actively participate in design work and ensure that technical choices support efficient execution. - Lead the project's uncertainty analyses regarding time and cost, including progressive analyses. - Lead the work on tender documentation for upcoming contracts. - Represent the project in contacts with authorities, municipalities, utility owners, suppliers, and contractors. - Collaborate with the project organization, Traffic Administration's requirement-setting units, designers, and other external stakeholders. When the project moves into the execution phase, you will, among other things: - Be responsible for procurement of consultants, such as sub-project managers and site managers. - Be responsible for the contractor relationship. - Together with site management, direct and monitor contractors' work. - Direct and monitor production and handover regarding time, finances, environment, quality, and work environment. - Work with risk assessments and project risk management. - Together with the design manager, direct and monitor design work. - Be responsible for forecasting work related to execution. - Conduct contractual follow-ups, assessments, and negotiations with suppliers and contractors. - Handle matters related to BAS-P and BAS-U. Your Profile We are looking for a senior and driven project manager with substantial experience in production planning and execution within complex infrastructure or construction projects. You are accustomed to working at the intersection of design, production, finance, and contracting, and you have the ability to translate strategic decisions into concrete execution plans. We would like to see that you have experience with: - Project management in major infrastructure, construction, railway, tram, or public transportation projects. - Production planning and execution planning. - Contract strategies, contract structure, and contract types. - Budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring. - Scheduling and production/execution schedules. - Risk and uncertainty analyses, preferably progressive budgeting. - Development of tender documentation and procurement. - Contract management and negotiation with contractors and suppliers. - Coordination between design and production. - BAS-P/BAS-U and work environment-related matters. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to build trust and collaborate with different competencies and stakeholders. You are comfortable driving matters forward, making decisions, and managing complex dependencies and changed circumstances.
