The girl needs help in her daily life with hygiene and gastrostomy care, medications, inhalation therapy, adapted drinks and food, respiratory monitoring, and high-flow oxygen therapy with MyAirvo 2 during sleep. This also includes motor and movement training through play and exercises as well as sign language training. You will follow her through her day and be involved in school, medical appointments, outings, and family trips. As her assistant, you will be with her in both indoor and outdoor activities. The girl has no spoken language but is very communicative through sounds, sign language, and body language. You will be her interpreter and translator to people she meets. She uses TalkPad.
