I'm a happy 37-year-old trans woman living in central Uppsala and I'm now looking for new assistants to join my team. I was born with cerebral palsy and if you saw me, you would see that I use a wheelchair. If you start working for me, you'll follow me through my everyday life and join me on all my adventures. I'm creative and love going to the theater and spending time out in the archipelago. As my personal assistant, you'll also need to help me with everything that's part of daily life, such as personal care, various household tasks, and stretching. For me, it's very important that you don't see yourself as a caregiver to me. Working Hours 24-hour shifts – you start at 10:00 and end at 10:00 the next day. On-call time (sleeping duty) – between 23:00-02:00 and 03:00-07:00. Hourly temps are sought. I'm Looking for You Who Sees me for who I am and recognizes that I'm a completely ordinary person. Personal chemistry is absolutely crucial for me, and that you and I truly understand each other. Have contagious energy with drive and social skills. I'd like to have an assistant who can grab a fika with me and where we can share a pleasant conversation. But who also understands and respects that I, just like everyone else, need time for myself where I can focus on myself and my own interests, which include writing. It's a plus if we share the same interests, but it's absolutely not a requirement. Requirements for the position are fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
