About the Role As a Traveling Service Technician, you have a varied and practically oriented role where travel and overnight stays are a natural part of the work. You are based at the workshop in Jordbro but work largely in the field at customer sites throughout Sweden, and when needed, in the Nordic region. The work involves service, troubleshooting, and repair of engines in the field as well as component replacements and technical work. When not working in the field, you participate in workshop operations where complete overhauls and major engine work are performed. You will receive thorough onboarding and recurring training at the company's own training center, where you receive both engine and electrical training. All specific product training is included in the position. You will also receive good benefits, paid travel, and generous field allowances. In many cases, you have the opportunity to influence whether you want to travel, work overtime, or work weekends. We are looking for someone who: • Has practical experience working with engines. It doesn't matter what type of engines – passenger cars, trucks, construction equipment, marine, or engines you've worked with in your spare time. What's important is that you have hands-on mechanical experience troubleshooting and working with engines. • Is technically curious, self-motivated, and has a genuine interest in mechanics. • Enjoys active work, is flexible, and has no problem traveling for work. • Has good physical fitness and is comfortable working in varying environments. • Speaks fluent Swedish and has basic English language skills. Insurance Eligibility Specialist in Visby

Coaching, Development, and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current case-handling processes. By coaching case handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competencies to meet applicants' and insured persons' needs. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning environment and you identify collective competency needs and initiate possible development pathways. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have high security awareness since the authority handles confidential information. The role includes contributing to change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-up in case handling and providing support to the local management group on matters concerning your specialist area. As a specialist, you are part of a team of specialists. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management.
