About the Role As an operations engineer at Tornberget, you're responsible for the operation and technical management of the buildings' heating, hot water, cold water, and district heating systems. You have a central role in ensuring that systems function reliably and efficiently, and in planning, monitoring, and implementing ongoing maintenance and optimization measures. You work closely with facility managers, contractors, and other technical functions, and are responsible for monitoring energy consumption and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, inspections, and certifications. The role also involves providing technical expertise in new construction and renovation projects, and participating in the development of technical guidelines and design instructions within your area of responsibility. The position is based in Haninge. This is a consulting assignment where you'll be employed by A-Talent Tech and work at Tornberget. The assignment starts immediately and is initially scheduled for approximately 6 months. Key Responsibilities • Manage framework agreements and design instructions within the technical field • Maintenance planning and execution/procurement of maintenance projects • Act as an expert in new construction and renovation • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, inspections, and technical monitoring • Budget work, forecasts, and financial monitoring • Monitor developments in new technology • Drive energy efficiency improvements and advocate for sustainable material choices • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and efficient operations What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with a degree in engineering (energy, HVAC, or equivalent), or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience working with heating systems, HVAC, or similar technical installations. You have good IT skills and are experienced working with technical systems and monitoring. Beyond your technical competence, you're self-directed, organized, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, drive work forward, and collaborate with other functions. A Class B driver's license is required, and you have a flexible approach to both operational and strategic tasks.
