Coaching, Development, and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current case-handling processes. By coaching case handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competencies to meet applicants' and insured persons' needs. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning environment and you identify collective competency needs and initiate possible development pathways. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have high security awareness since the authority handles confidential information. The role includes contributing to change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-up in case handling and providing support to the local management group on matters concerning your specialist area. As a specialist, you are part of a team of specialists. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management.
