As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and work together with a great and engaged team that, together with you, consists of 4 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician. You need to be a skilled leader with high drive, commitment, and results focus. The work is both strategic but primarily operational. We are looking for you who wants to create workplace joy among employees and work toward 100% satisfied customers. You are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finance, budget, and results follow-up. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality. Ensure well-functioning staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 09–18 on weekdays, 10–14 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. You report to Regional Manager Margareta Munge. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacy technician, pharmacist, or pharmacy technician. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we would like you to have an easy way of engaging others and contributing to team motivation. Since you will be working toward clear goals, we appreciate that you are structured, positive, action-oriented, and solutions-focused.
