Sales & Partnerships Lead at Compileit 🚀
Do you want to build business through networks and relationships at a Swedish company developing digital products and AI solutions? Compileit is now hiring a Sales & Partnerships Lead. About the Role Compileit was founded by developers Isak Utegård and Jonathan Ortheden with the vision of creating digital products with the end user in focus. Since its launch, the company has helped build some of the world's most downloaded apps and today develops digital products and AI solutions with customers like Swish, SkiStar, ICA, and Barncancerfonden. The company works closely with its customers and is often involved from the early ideation stages all the way through to finished product. By combining technical excellence, product understanding, and business focus, Compileit helps organizations solve complex challenges and create measurable value. Now we're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Lead who wants to build long-term customer relationships, create new business opportunities, and contribute to continued growth in a company where technology, product, and business go hand in hand. Sales & Partnerships Lead This is a key commercial role responsible for driving our growth. It's not about cold calling or volume-based prospecting—it's about creating business deals with significant customer value. You identify and develop business opportunities through networks and industry contexts. Often the first contact isn't a sales meeting, but the beginning of a dialogue that leads to business over time. You move between technology, product, and business, working closely with decision-makers, product owners, and technical leaders to understand needs and shape relevant partnerships. For us, this is collaborative work rather than a hierarchical sales function. You work closely with both the founders and the rest of the team, where sales, product, and engineering are in the same loop. Because the development team is involved early, you can connect customer needs directly to concrete solutions. But while relationships are built long-term, the role ultimately comes down to being able to close deals, drive the process forward, and package offers that lead to the right types of projects. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through networks, events, and industry contacts. Initiate and develop dialogues with decision-makers, product owners, and technical leaders. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Drive business processes from first contact all the way through to completed agreement. Represent Compileit in external settings and contribute to how we package our offering. Structure, develop, and maintain our commercial pipeline. What We're Looking For We believe you thrive in the space between people, business, and technology, and that you have a natural curiosity about how digital products are actually built and work. You don't need to be a developer, but you're interested enough in technology to have relevant conversations with both business and tech roles. You enjoy following developments in AI, apps, and modern software because you genuinely find it interesting, not because you see it as a necessary evil or an obligation 😉. You're both creative and structured in your work approach—you can think freely and find new business opportunities while also having the ability to create clarity, prioritize, and drive things methodically forward. Since much of the business is built through relationships and networks, the role also means you're comfortable in settings where business opportunities often arise outside the office—at events, meetings, and industry contexts that sometimes fall outside a traditional 9–5 framework. We'd love it if you have Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with a documented ability to build long-term relationships. A genuine interest in technology, digital product development, and AI. Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Merits Experience selling qualified consulting services, custom software development, or digital projects (rather than ready-made product licenses/SaaS). Experience from consulting, product, or tech companies where you've worked closely with development teams. An established network among digital decision-makers in the Swedish market. What We Offer You're offered a role with great responsibility and considerable freedom where you have direct influence over how we grow, which business we take on, and how we develop our offering. You'll be a key player in a flat organization with short decision paths, where commercial drive and technical excellence are closely connected. Our office is based in Stockholm, with regular meetings, events, and travel. If you think sales is as much about people as it is about numbers, and you want to work close to technology, product development, and AI in a company that builds real products, we think you'll thrive with us. Our Recruitment Process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client requests that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work. The responsible recruitment consultant is Milly ([email protected]). We conduct rolling recruitment and will remove the listing once a sufficient number of candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. These tests are tools to help us find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
Growth Marketing Manager Sweden

About the role Growth Marketing Manager Sweden – ResQ Club ResQ Club is more than just an app — it is a growing movement to reduce food waste and give surplus food and goods a second chance. Through the platform, consumers can buy surplus items from local restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and partners, while businesses reduce waste and reach more customers. ResQ Club is already a strong player in Finland and is also active in Sweden and Estonia. The company is now entering its next growth phase in the Swedish market. To increase awareness, activate more consumers and build locally relevant marketing, ResQ Club is now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager Sweden. This is a role for someone who wants to help build ResQ Club's Swedish market presence in a hands-on and meaningful way. You combine a strong sense for content, social media and storytelling with a clear growth mindset. You enjoy testing, measuring, learning and optimizing — and you thrive in an environment where you are trusted to take ownership, make decisions and turn ideas into concrete marketing activity. Find out more about ResQ Club: https://www.resq-club.com/ The Role As Growth Marketing Manager Sweden, you will play a central role in driving ResQ Club's consumer growth in the Swedish market. You will create and source locally relevant content, run campaigns, follow up on performance and identify what actually makes Swedish consumers discover, try and return to ResQ Club. You will be part of ResQ Club's Customer Journey team and work closely with colleagues across marketing automation, data analytics, customer journey and partner management. In Sweden, you will collaborate particularly closely with the local partner-facing role to ensure that marketing activities support both consumer demand and partner sales. This is a high-ownership role in an early Swedish growth phase. You therefore need to be both hands-on and commercially minded: one day you may analyze which channels, campaigns or content formats drive activation and purchases — the next day you may produce content, brief creators or test a new social media concept. Work tasks Drive local growth marketing in Sweden: Identify what is needed to increase awareness, usage and repeat purchases in the Swedish market — and turn those insights into concrete marketing activities. Create and source locally relevant content: Produce, adapt and commission content for Swedish audiences, with a focus on social-first formats, short-form video, paid social, organic content, newsletters and in-app communication. Build UGC and creator flows: Identify relevant creators, customers, communities and local profiles, create briefs and ensure a steady flow of authentic, locally relevant content. Develop ResQ Club's social channels in Sweden: Plan, publish and optimize content across channels such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, with a strong sense of Swedish tone of voice, culture and consumer behavior. Test, measure and optimize: Track campaigns, content and channel performance against relevant KPIs such as acquisition, activation, retention, CAC and ROI. Create campaigns that drive behavior: Develop ideas and activities that encourage more Swedish consumers to download the app, make their first purchase and come back. Collaborate with local and international teams: Work closely with Customer Journey, Data, Marketing Automation and the Swedish partner-facing team to connect marketing, consumer insights and partner needs. Build structure and ways of working: Create simple but scalable processes for content calendars, creator briefs, asset libraries, campaign follow-up and continuous learning. Be visible and willing to experiment: When relevant, appear in content yourself, test new formats and quickly turn trends or local insights into marketing activity. We are looking for Experience from growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer/creator marketing or UGC — preferably in a consumer-facing digital environment. Strong understanding of the Swedish market, Swedish tone of voice and what engages Swedish consumers. Experience working with social-first content and a good understanding of what works on channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and paid social. A clear test-and-learn mindset and an interest in connecting creative ideas to data, insights and measurable results. A hands-on approach and the ability to create, adapt or commission content yourself — for example short-form video, copy, simple design, campaign material or creator briefs. The ability to prioritize independently, manage several initiatives in parallel and create structure even when everything is not yet fully built. Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment where you are expected to take initiative, test new ideas and act rather than wait for perfect conditions. Energy, curiosity and motivation to build something in a market with strong potential. Fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English. Experience from consumer apps, marketplaces, food/retail, gaming, mobility, q-commerce, startups/scaleups, digital platforms or other environments where digital consumer growth has been central is considered a strong plus. Who You Are To succeed in this role, we believe you combine creativity with commercial drive. You do not see content as an end in itself, but as a tool to create growth, change consumer behavior and drive measurable impact. You are humble, proactive and quick to test and learn. You do not need to have done this exact journey several times before — what matters more is your energy, courage and ability to form a clear point of view on how to move things forward. You are someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table and can say: "This is how I think we should do it — and this is how we will know if it works." You are motivated by the opportunity to play a key role in ResQ Club's Swedish growth journey and want to stay close to the market, the consumers, the partners and the data. How to Apply In this process ResQ Club is working together with Winona. If you have any questions please contact recruitment consultant Charlotte Runsbech, [email protected]. Our selection process is continuing.
