Are you an IT Project Manager with extensive experience implementing digital facilities and managing multiple stakeholder relationships? Then you've found the right opportunity. Description of the Assignment The assignment involves serving as IT Project Manager for the implementation of a new digital facility, where the IT Project Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating the IT implementation of the new facility into production. As an IT Project Manager for implementing a new digital facility into production, you are responsible for capturing, coordinating, and driving IT-related needs within the scope of the IP project activities and the implementation of new assets. The role functions as a central contact point between the IP project and the IT organization. You ensure that the IT perspective is integrated into projects and that necessary prerequisites are established for an efficient and sustainable implementation of the new facility. Collaboration occurs in dialogue with operational representatives, financial management, architecture governance, managers, and others. The IT Project Manager will manage multiple implementation projects as needed. Examples of new digital facility projects within a two-year period include critical radio communication and a new signaling system for the Green Line. The IT Project Manager is positioned in the Engineering & Traffic Services section of the IT department. The IT Project Manager will handle multiple projects and initiatives within the section as needed. Work will be conducted in both Swedish and English in both oral and written form. This is a consulting assignment. The assignment currently allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Days and times are determined based on organizational needs and client approval. The assignment is for 24 months with the possibility of extension. The assignment includes work tasks such as: - Capturing and analyzing IT-related needs linked to digital facility projects and IT operations. - Serving as an active contact point between facility projects and the IT department. - Creating a comprehensive picture of the prerequisite-creating activities required to enable implementation and deployment of new facilities from an IT perspective. - Coordinating and ensuring impact on IT's areas of responsibility, including systems/services, processes, and resources. - Together with the IT department, assessing competence and capacity needs based on incoming assets and new requirements. - Coordinating IT-related issues across different facility projects to ensure consistency and efficient resource utilization. - Responsibility for continuously monitoring, driving, and reporting deliverables according to approved plans. Report status and any deviations. Requirements Minimum five (5) years of experience in the role of IT Project Manager. Minimum three (3) years of experience driving IT/OT-related projects within asset management, for example within facilities, infrastructure, industrial, or real estate sectors. Experience from at least two (2) assignments involving leading change work linked to the implementation of new systems or working methods, particularly in environments where IT and OT systems (e.g., signaling systems, SCADA or control systems) are affected. Experience from at least two (2) assignments involving actively leading, coordinating, and structuring communication between internal technical and operational teams (IT, OT, operations, maintenance, and management) as well as external suppliers and system integrators within, for example, automation or signaling systems. Minimum three (3) years of documented experience working in complex system environments where multiple real-time and/or OT systems are integrated and work together to support critical business processes (e.g., signaling systems, traffic management, energy distribution, or industrial production). The consultant must have at least one (3) previous assignment with experience communicating in English in both oral and written form. This requirement is necessary because the assignment involves documentation, system support, meetings, and collaboration in English. Fluent in Swedish in both oral and written form. Merits Experience from at least two (2) assignments in procurement under LOU or LUF. - EAM/CMMS systems, for example IBM Maximo, IFS, Infor EAM, Unit4, or equivalent. - Integrations with GIS platforms, including work with georeferenced asset data. - Sensor and IoT platforms for collecting, analyzing, and using asset data. - Data and information governance solutions linked to asset registers, including data quality. - Minimum two (2) years of experience working within the public sector.
