With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, develop in your professional role, and have a say in our continued development. Kava/ENT is currently under development, and our goal is to eventually open up to 18 to 22 beds. We provide advanced and complex care around the clock. It is a challenging yet educational environment where the team around the patient works together toward a common goal. We place great emphasis on the individual and encourage professional development to foster strong team competence. During our development phase, our team will have varying levels of knowledge and experience, and together we set our goals. We care about how we treat one another, help each other in our daily work, and together contribute to a workplace where we thrive and have fun together. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse with us, we offer you a developmental role where you have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and where we together drive the operation forward. We also care for a smaller patient group within the ear, nose, and throat specialty, where diagnoses can include acute conditions, planned surgery, and/or cancer diagnosis. Our patients may also require tracheostomy care. Acute nursing care also includes pre- and postoperative care. We receive patients around the clock, with most admissions coming through the emergency department. The department is also responsible for the Ear, Nose, and Throat emergency unit, which is staffed with physicians and nursing assistants. Evening, night, and weekend shifts occur in this position. We use a wish-based scheduling system and work two weekends out of five. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare and feel confident communicating in Swedish. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required for this position. We would like you to have several years of clinical experience in emergency care, but it is not a requirement. It is also advantageous if you have experience with and/or are specialist trained in the ear, nose, and throat field and/or surgical acute care. If you have supervisor training and/or mentoring experience, that is also advantageous for this position. You value good cooperation and contribute to it by sharing your knowledge and experiences. Your commitment and positive attitude contribute to a good work climate, where we all help each other and work together to achieve the best care quality for our patients. In our daily work, changes often occur quickly; adapting to these and adjusting to new situations requires competencies such as overview, planning, and prioritization. To succeed in your role as a nurse with us, flexibility is an important quality. Is Sigge Looking for You to Join His Wonderful Assistant Team?

Do you love football and hockey? Or maybe one of them? Are you someone who sees opportunities instead of obstacles and is curious about what ambitious goals can actually be achieved? Are you positive and enjoy working in a team? Then this job is for you! The position is full-time, working days/evenings/weekends, with the possibility of hourly work as needed. We are a tight-knit assistant team that has a lot of fun together, which means that even when life gets a bit tough sometimes, we get through it with our combined strength. Who are we and most importantly, who is Sigge and what do we expect from you? Sigge is now looking for a personal assistant who can complement our already fantastic assistant team. Sigge is a happy, creative, adventurous, and positive guy almost 17 years old who has a very rare muscle disease. We in the team, however, choose to look beyond the disease and its challenges—for us, it's rarely an obstacle. When you start working with us, you'll be part of a team that loves sports in all its forms. Above all, it's the favorite team Liverpool that gets all the attention when it comes to football, but when it comes to hockey, you'll find us cheering at Catena Arena in Ängelholm for Rögle. It's not just sports that are a big part of Sigge's and his team's life—we also love music, and especially live music, which is why we often go to concerts around the country. Sigge also loves to ski, so we try to get out and do that from time to time. When Sigge gets to go down the ski slope in his bi-ski, he's at his best. When we're at home, it's mostly video games and watching sports (mainly football) on TV. So what do we expect from you? We're looking for someone who is confident and dares to challenge—both us and society's norms. Personal chemistry is incredibly important, as is being social and bringing yourself to the table, since we always include our assistants in the family and its everyday life. Days rarely look the same. That's why we want to find someone who chooses to see possibilities instead of problems. You should not be afraid of dogs and should not be allergic—the workplace is based on a small farm in Svalöv municipality. To get here, you must have access to a car and hold a valid driver's license. You must be a non-smoker! The work requires no special prior knowledge or qualifications—personal chemistry is what matters. We will train you according to a model that works here so you feel confident in your daily work. If you're curious, contact Jeanette at 0708-933953 and she'll be happy to tell you more. If you're not currently job hunting but still reading this, please feel free to share this post, and if you know someone in your circle who you think would be a good fit for this job, please tip them off.
