About the Workplace The City of Helsingborg has approximately 10,000 employees and 470 managers. The City Management Administration has an important and exciting mission where we serve others—colleagues, other departments, Helsingborg residents, and businesses. By leading, developing, and coordinating the municipality's operations within overarching and shared areas, we create conditions for a well-functioning organization. We provide services and products requested by the municipal council, departments, and companies, as well as shared functions that serve Helsingborg residents directly. As part of our mission, we also collaborate with external parties to create conditions for positive development in Helsingborg. The Sustainable Employer unit is one of two units within the HR department. We enable the city to be a sustainable and attractive employer by developing the city's employer policy. With a holistic approach, we create conditions for our target groups to succeed in their daily work. We work with areas such as leadership development, recruitment, occupational health issues, and employment law, with a clear focus on creating user-friendly solutions that create value for the city's operations. Job Responsibilities As an Occupational Health and Wellness Strategist, you will have a varied role where you coordinate, develop, and monitor the city's occupational health and wellness work. This includes systematic occupational health work and associated systems, task distribution, and the city's collaboration efforts. You are also responsible for the city's rehabilitation process, the process for handling work injuries and incidents, and the city's agreements with occupational health services. The work involves many contacts, interactions, and collaboration with colleagues in various parts of the organization, other authorities, and external providers. You drive development, provide qualified support to HR colleagues in other departments, and contribute to creating long-term sustainable working methods. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree in HR or another academic qualification that the employer considers relevant for the position. - Experience working with HR processes and occupational health issues in the public sector. - Good knowledge of occupational health legislation and systematic occupational health work.
