We are launching an entirely new type of position within the Social On-Call Service where you will have the opportunity to work as a case officer while simultaneously being part of building structures and routines together with your manager and colleagues! As a Team Leader, you will become an important contributor to the development of the Social On-Call Service! About the Workplace Within the City of Helsingborg, the Social Services Administration is responsible for individual and family care. Our mission is to create conditions for residents to become independent and take an active part in society. Our organization works with a focus on creating a more accessible social service based on three main areas: authority, services and support, and housing. The Social On-Call Service is organized within the authority operations area and works for all municipalities in the Helsingborg Family, with the main task of exercising authority outside regular office hours. Working hours are scheduled with shifts in the evenings, nights, and weekends. The workplace is located at the Social Services Administration, Bredgatan 17, and at the Police Station in Helsingborg. Job Responsibilities In your role as Team Leader, you will be responsible for operational and administrative work. As a social secretary in the Social On-Call Service, you work together with your colleagues in a fast-paced operation with great variety. You encounter complex situations where you use your expertise and experience to find solutions in acute cases. The work is characterized by great responsibility and high delegation. Cases come in through various channels, such as police, healthcare, and the public. The role includes conducting risk and safety assessments according to applicable legislation and providing advice and support in acute matters concerning children, young people, and adults. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - A degree in social work - At least five years of experience with authority matters within social services/IFO - A driver's license and driving experience It is meritorious if you have training in risk and safety assessments and experience working in a social on-call service, including acute assessments according to SoL, LVU, and LVM.
