The role is primarily office-based in Helsingborg, where you mainly work with a stable base of existing customers and handle incoming inquiries. Customer contact occurs primarily via phone, email, and digital meetings, though occasional customer visits or site visits may occur as needed. In this role, you interact with everything from contractors and small family businesses to multinational corporate customers. Your Main Responsibilities: • Manage the quotation process - from incoming inquiry and technical needs analysis to finished, calculated, and designed project quotation. • Work closely with the customer to understand their drawings, layouts, and production flows. • Conduct technical calculations, costing, and pricing in close collaboration with internal design engineers and production. • Provide technical advice and maintain continuous dialogue with customers during the quotation and decision phase. • Build on and develop long-term customer relationships. • Work actively in our business system Monitor. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and the manufacturing industry combined with good business acumen and attention to detail. You appreciate a flat organization where decisions are made quickly, it is easy to ask questions, and there is close collaboration between sales, engineering, and production. We believe you have: • Technical education or equivalent experience from a technical environment/industry. • Experience with costing, technical support, production planning, or sales within industry, machinery, automation, or material handling. • Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and specifications (experience with CAD/sketches is a merit). • Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from production technicians to procurement managers. • Experience with business systems, merit with Monitor. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing (German is a merit). • Class B driver's license. Personal Qualities: To succeed in this role, you are organized, thorough, and able to manage multiple parallel projects and quotations simultaneously. You are a problem-solver who enjoys diving into technical documentation and converting it into commercial proposals. As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and driven; you do not hesitate to ask questions to learn the business from the ground up, and you are passionate about providing customers with the best possible service and technical advice. What We Offer Competitive Terms: Fixed monthly salary, collective agreement, 6 weeks vacation, and flex days. • Benefits: Wellness allowance • Thorough Introduction: You receive a secure onboarding where you, among other things, follow installers out into the field to truly learn the products and technology from the ground up. • Varied Workday: Great variety in project sizes and good development opportunities in a stable and thriving company.
