Your Responsibilities As a machine operator, you will primarily: Change molds in machines. Set up and operate tools in manufacturing machines. Work with computer-controlled machines and robots in an automated production environment. Perform machine adjustments including tool changes, start-ups, and quality checks. Clean and perform daily maintenance of tools. Solve technical problems and participate in improvement initiatives. Use measuring equipment. Qualifications We're looking for someone with previous experience in technical maintenance and problem-solving from the manufacturing industry. You are technically skilled and fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Forklift operation may occur, so experience with that is a plus. As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and a team player with an interest in technology and production. About the Role Start date: immediate Salary: according to collective agreement Working hours: full-time, daytime Monday-Friday Employment type: fixed-term position for six months via Today Consulting, and thereafter a permanent position directly with the client if all parties are satisfied.
