We are now seeking an experienced HR Partner at Peab Anläggning. As an HR Partner, you work closely with the operations' managers and provide support in daily leadership. The role is broad and operations-focused with emphasis on qualified operational HR work. You will work with employment law, labor union collaboration, rehabilitation, competency supply, recruitment, and various types of leadership and employee matters. You coach and guide managers as well as contribute to developing HR work. It is precisely the variety and the opportunity to make a difference in daily operations that makes this role both challenging and developmental. We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or equivalent, and who has several years of experience in qualified HR work and feels confident in the role as a support, advisor, and sounding board for managers. You have good knowledge of employment law and are experienced in handling complex HR matters while recognizing the value of being present in operations and building long-term relationships.
