Right now, Isaksson Byggbemanning is seeking a site manager for one of our clients in the Helsingborg region.
As a Site Manager, you lead and are responsible for managing various construction projects within earthwork and construction. Not only with regard to the practical day-to-day work of completing and delivering a building; you and your work teams also consider the people who will live, work, and reside in what we are building. Therefore, you take seriously your responsibility for coordination, planning, and execution regarding quality, economy, and schedule. Together with the project manager, supervisors, and skilled workers, you drive the projects forward. Be prepared for extensive contact with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
You have higher education or equivalent experience in the construction industry; for example, you have worked as a site manager or supervisor within construction. You are capable of handling both independent tasks and those requiring collaboration. Your expertise is at a high level – both technically and in terms of quality.
YOUR QUALITIES
You have the ability to see the big picture and are skilled at planning and organizing projects. Structured, thorough, and with an economically minded approach, you are a role model for the company. We also believe you are enthusiastic about building strong relationships with your team, customers, and partners.
