Office Coordinator at Hemnovia // Gothenburg

HEMNOVIA AB Office Coordinator at Hemnovia // Gothenburg Municipality: Gothenburg Quick Facts About the Job Scope: Full-time Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Permanent Position (including 6-month probationary period) How to Apply Reference in your application: "Office Coordinator" Employer's email: [email protected] About the Job Are you handy, practically minded, and enjoy solving things on your own – whether it's troubleshooting wifi, booking a tradesperson, or ensuring vehicles are serviced on time? At the same time, you value order, structure, and aren't hesitant about administration when needed. Then this role might be for you. Hemnovia is growing, and we're now looking for an office coordinator who wants to take on broad, practical responsibility for keeping daily operations running smoothly – from vehicles, facilities, and office technology to documentation and administrative procedures. About Hemnovia Hemnovia works with family-based care with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability in every placement. We work closely with social services and place the child's safety at the center. We have short decision-making paths, engaged colleagues, and leadership that is close and present. We're located in new, beautiful offices in Örgryte and are in an exciting growth phase. About the Role As an office coordinator with us, you're a practical problem-solver in day-to-day operations and the natural contact point for suppliers, tradespeople, and other external parties we engage. You solve things yourself rather than waiting for someone else to do it – one day it's about vehicles, the next day about invoices or a broken router. You will, among other things: • Handle practical matters related to vehicles, facilities, office technology, and outdoor environments – yourself, or by booking the right external help • Develop, document, own routines and policies • Ensure the office environment functions well – kitchen and general wellbeing, office equipment, wifi, and furnishings • Handle administrative tasks related to personnel, e.g., record extracts • Participate in building structures for a growing organization and come with your own suggestions for solutions rather than just executing given instructions A Position of Trust In your role as office coordinator with us, you will handle sensitive or confidential information. This places high demands on personal integrity, judgment, and the ability to distinguish between what you should know and what you shouldn't. We place great importance on this in our assessment, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement upon employment. We're Looking for You If You • Are handy, practically minded, and solve things independently • Enjoy varied tasks and easily switch between practical and administrative work • Are responsible, reliable, and have good judgment • Have some experience with administrative tasks – we're happy to teach you what you don't already know • Have experience in a similar, practical coordinating role Meritorious • Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or similar practical roles • Experience in office administration • Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information What We Offer • A broad, independent role where you get to shape how the function should look • Close leadership and short decision-making paths • Opportunity to directly influence how we work in an organization under development • Wellness allowance and occupational pension • Fresh, new offices in Örgryte Practical Information Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, with 6-month probationary period Start Date: By agreement Work Location: Gothenburg Interviews are held continuously at our office at Odinslundsgatan 25 in Örgryte. As part of the recruitment process, we request extracts from the suspicion and misconduct registers before the interview and will sign a confidentiality agreement upon employment. We warmly welcome your application to [email protected]; please indicate "Office Coordinator" in the subject line.
