About Us Unit 363 Young Adults Addiction Treatment admits patients aged 18-29 with harmful use or addiction, with or without comorbidities, from throughout the Västra Götaland Region. We offer highly specialized addiction care and have regional inpatient beds for both planned and acute admissions. We care for patients according to HSL and LPT as well as individuals taken into custody under LVU and LVM. The unit also has an inpatient bed for direct admission from the Addiction Care Outpatient Services. Currently, the operation has been temporarily expanded to 14 inpatient beds, with the possibility of caring for patients within psychiatric Affective disorders. Length of stay is individually tailored and typically amounts to approximately seven to ten days. Patients are offered medication treatment, psychoeducational groups such as relapse prevention, physical activity, counseling support, social planning, and preparation for discharge. As an important part of the care chain, we collaborate closely with, among others, social services, child and adolescent psychiatric services, and Mini-Maria to ensure safe and integrated care.
