We are looking for a service-oriented person who is comfortable making contact with people and building trust. Important for the role Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, previous experience with similar accounting tasks with basic bookkeeping and tax handling. As a person you should be Thorough, responsible, service-oriented, and a good communicator. Responsibilities Manage ongoing bookkeeping, payments in and out, intrastat reporting, prepare period financial statements with associated reconciliations, and prepare annual financial statements with supporting documentation for the auditor, coding and registration of supplier invoices, VAT handling, import handling both within and outside the EU, manage advance payments, VAT handling, receivables management, mail and email handling. Payroll management, employer contributions and taxes, report to insurance companies for employees, Fora reconciliation, personnel management, and handle various certificates for employees. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of the business systems Visma Administration and Visma Lön.
