About the Role as Hairdresser/Salon Manager: We are now looking for someone who wants to take on the role of our new salon manager and drive the business forward. This is a perfect combination role for you if you love the hairdressing profession but also want to take greater responsibility and put your own mark on the salon's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Creative hairdressing work (cutting women's and men's hair, color, styling, eyebrows, etc.) with focus on our wonderful customers. Maintaining and developing the great atmosphere and high quality of the salon. Who Are You? We are looking for a skilled and confident hairdresser who is ready for the next step. Because we are a small team, your personality is incredibly important to us. We hope you have: Training in the hairdressing profession (Journeyman Certificate or equivalent experience/training). Several years of experience working independently as a hairdresser. A structured approach and a good sense of service and customer relations.
