You will serve as their source of security and support in school life, both during lessons and at recess. Your main responsibilities include: Support in daily activities: Help students structure, focus, and complete their schoolwork. Security & Interactions: Create conditions for calm and a good study environment through adapted and predictable interactions. Social support: Support students in social interactions, recess, and transitions between different activities during the school day. Collaboration: Work closely with the class teacher, special education team, and other staff to create a sustainable and adapted school environment. Your Profile We are looking for someone with relevant education (for example, childcare worker, student assistant, or equivalent) or experience working with children who need special support. Meritorious: It is highly advantageous if you have knowledge of and experience with NPF (neuropsychiatric conditions) and low-arousal approaches.
