We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a café and bakery environment, with responsibility for scheduling, inventory ordering, and other practical tasks in a café/bakery setting. Food service certification is a plus but can be replaced by extensive industry experience. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as there is significant customer contact. Responsibilities include: - Staffing and scheduling in relation to sales and budget - Inventory ordering and minimizing food waste - Ensuring hygiene routines are followed according to guidelines - Ensuring the store/café operates properly, which means maintaining dialogue with the owner/manager and reporting issues when something is not functioning as it should We are open every day of the week, but this supervisory position involves work Monday - Friday. Work shifts vary and we start as early as 6:00 AM for morning shifts and finish no later than 6:45 PM for closing shifts. Proximity and short commute to the workplace is important to us.
