The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which continues to shape our work today. We carry on Alma's mission by protecting what is at the heart of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support family members. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about seniors' needs and life situations.

We're looking for a substitute nurse/Group manager at Tallgården
Are you a licensed nurse and curious about working as a manager/leader? Now you have the opportunity to test this role as a group manager and nurse at Tallgården's care and support facility. Through this temporary position, you will receive training in labor law, participate in internal training sessions, and gain leadership experience.
As a group manager/nurse with us, you are responsible for care and have overall responsibility for integration under the Health and Medical Services Act and Social Services Act. You manage the nursing assistant team and are responsible for staff supervision, work environment, and conducting development conversations.
You report to the operations manager and sit on the local management group.
You will face both professional and personal challenges in a developmental and learning-focused environment where open dialogue and participation are taken for granted.
Tallgården elderly care facility is located in Enebyberg in Danderyd Municipality with close proximity to public transportation with buses to/from Mörby Centrum, Täby Centrum, and Vallentuna.
Qualifications: Licensed nurse.
Other qualifications: You must be fluent in Swedish both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as the ability to collaborate. As a person, you are positive and see opportunities before obstacles. You contribute to a good work environment, are communicative, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other information: Salary by agreement. Blomsterfonden applies individual salary setting. The workplace is covered by collective agreements. Work includes daytime hours Monday-Friday and every 6th weekend.
Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
