Vittra Vallentuna is now seeking an engaged and professional study and career counselor (SYV) who wants to become an important part of our school community. This position is perfect for you if you want to combine it with another assignment, studies, or retirement. Your Assignment This is a permanent position at 20%, which corresponds to one working day per week. Which day we will decide in consultation with you so that it suits the school's operations and your schedule best. Your main responsibilities include: Counseling: Individual counseling sessions and group guidance for students regarding further studies and future career choices. Information: Inform students and parents about upper secondary school selection, educational pathways, and the job market. Collaboration: Organize and maintain contacts regarding work placements and collaborate with teachers and the student health team to integrate the SYV role into daily instruction. Documentation: Administrative work and documentation related to study and career guidance. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a study and career counselor degree. You have a genuine interest in young people and the ability to meet each student based on their unique circumstances. You are independent and organized, as you will own and drive the SYV process at the school during your working day. You are communicative and collaborate easily with students, colleagues, and parents.
