Care and social services are currently undergoing a transformation where we will expand the number of unit managers to reduce the number of employees per manager. We will have two new overarching units where employees work across the entire Care and Social Services operation. The Shared Support unit, which is organized under the Authority and Support in Ordinary Housing area, and the Administrative Support unit, which is organized within Support Services. Now we are looking for unit managers who want to lead these new operations to support a Care and Social Services at the forefront. Within Shared Support, we have brought together Care and Social Services' joint work with investigations (SAS, MAS and MAR, etc.), preventive work (family support, vision and hearing instruction) and certain government services (transportation services, housing adaptation, etc.). Within Administrative Support, we have brought together the service providers' staffing administrators (scheduling, handling of short-term absences, etc.), method support specialists, and development and project managers. You have personnel, budget and work environment responsibility, where you work systematically with planning, scheduling, recruitment, competence development and follow-up. You create a sustainable work environment where employees thrive and grow. The job tasks also include strategically ensuring good quality for service users, where you follow up on interventions, work with deviations and develop working methods to ensure safety, participation and continuity.
