Here we make data-driven decisions, work with continuous improvement, and focus on preventing problems rather than putting out fires. WHO ARE YOU? We're looking for someone who has grown from the shop floor. You have been hands-on in a technical or industrial environment and have taken the step into a leadership role. You understand the machines, but also the people and the business. You: Thrive in an operational environment and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves Have experience with maintenance in manufacturing (cosmetics, pharma, or health food is a merit) Have led technical projects and are confident in taking responsibility Understand how maintenance impacts cost, quality, and output Have a natural improvement mindset and interest in Lean, TPM, WCOM, or equivalent Are used to working cross-functionally and creating collaboration You are equally comfortable analyzing data and establishing structure as you are out on the production floor solving problems. Quality Manager at Ljusgårda - Supernormal Greens
Would you like to work close to production and actively shape how quality actually functions in daily operations? You're a curious, grounded, and confident person who enjoys working close to production and likes to collaborate. You see quality as a business enabler, not as an obstacle. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Experience from ingredients, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or pharma-adjacent operations • Experience from a CDMO environment or as a customer/client who sets requirements and audits suppliers • A solid understanding of GMP, GLP, batch logic, and quality management in manufacturing • Experience leading and developing employees As a person, you: • Are confident in your role and willing to make decisions • Understand the connection between quality, yield, and profitability • Like structure but focus on what creates real value • Enjoy collaborating with production, R&D, and external partners Above all, you want to build something new, make a real impact, and put quality at the center as Ljusgårda - Supernormal Greens takes its next step into a new market.
