IT Operations & Support currently consists of 12 employees responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing Mio's technical platform. The environment includes a hybrid data center, Microsoft 365, Citrix, WAN/LAN/WiFi, telephony, and IT security for both the service office and our stores throughout the country. We are now looking for a Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager who wants to play a key role in modernizing and developing Mio's technical platform. About the Role As Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the development of Mio's infrastructure platform. Your task is to ensure that initiatives, projects, and improvement efforts are executed with the right prioritization, quality, and delivery precision. The role requires you to have a broad technical background but to be passionate about planning, prioritization, coordination, and tracking deliverables. You report to the Head of IT Operations & Support and are part of IT's operational leadership team, where you contribute to planning, prioritization, and development of our technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities As Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager, you will be the hub in developing Mio's technical platform. You drive initiatives from idea to implementation and ensure that our investments in infrastructure and IT platforms create real value for the business. The role involves close collaboration with internal specialists, external vendors, and various parts of the business. You will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects and development initiatives. Prioritize and coordinate activities between IT, the business, and external partners. Ensure that deliverables are executed according to established goals, timelines, and quality requirements. Take responsibility for governance of selected technical areas. Contribute to developing processes within lifecycle management, change management, and patch management. Follow up on vendors, support agreements, and SLAs, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will work in a complex and business-critical IT environment that supports both the service office and our stores throughout Sweden. The environment includes a hybrid data center, a Windows Server environment with approximately 400 servers, Citrix, Microsoft 365, WAN/LAN/WiFi, Palo Alto firewalls, telephony, and solutions within IT security and retail infrastructure. Qualifications You are a structured and driven person who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership. With strong self-drive, you create order, prioritize correctly, and ensure that initiatives and projects move from planning to execution. You have a talent for building trusting relationships and communicate freely with both technical specialists, business representatives, and vendors. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete results. Requirements Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or another field that we consider equivalent. At least five years of experience in project management, infrastructure management, or another leadership role within IT infrastructure. Experience planning, coordinating, and following up on IT-related projects or infrastructure management initiatives. Experience working with technical platforms such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, server environments, networks, or related infrastructure solutions. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Certification in project management, infrastructure management, or equivalent methodology. Merits Experience with infrastructure and platform-related projects in larger or complex IT environments. Experience with vendor management, contract monitoring, and working with SLAs. Knowledge of ITIL or other established IT Service Management frameworks. Experience with change and modernization projects within IT infrastructure. Experience from retail or organizations with many geographically dispersed units. Knowledge of data centers, networking, cloud services, and IT security.
