Ventilation Project Manager for Energy Service Project

We help our customers reduce energy consumption, improve indoor environments and create more sustainable properties through technically advanced installation and energy projects. You will be part of a dedicated team of approximately 12 specialists in energy, ventilation and property technology. The role is based at our modern office on Västberga Allé in Hägersten, but since projects are conducted throughout Sweden, travel with overnight stays will occur. About the role As a ventilation project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading and following up ventilation projects within our energy service projects. You have a central role throughout the project's lifecycle and work closely with customers, project managers, installers, consultants and subcontractors. You actively participate in design work, installation coordination and ensure that projects are executed with the right quality, economy and schedule. The role includes: Planning, leading and documenting ventilation sub-projects Actively participating in design and installation coordination throughout the project Communicating, engaging and motivating customers, employees and contractors Participating in construction meetings, coordination meetings and technical reviews Responsibility for material procurement and subcontractor procurement in consultation with the main project manager Ensuring proper documentation including operating and maintenance instructions Conducting and leading function tests and participating in inspections Responsibility for additional and change work (ÄTA) within the ventilation part of the projects Developing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities Acting as BAS-P and BAS-U where required We are looking for you who: Have a higher education degree in energy, plumbing and heating, ventilation, building technology or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience in project management or sub-project management within ventilation projects and feel confident leading projects with many stakeholders. You have good knowledge of ventilation technology and experience in design or implementation of ventilation installations in buildings. Knowledge of contract law is a merit, as is certification as BAS-P and BAS-U. As a person you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented. You have a natural ability to build trust, develop relationships and collaborate with different types of people. At the same time, you thrive with taking your own responsibility and driving projects forward towards set goals. Category B driver's license is required and travel occurs regularly in the role. Energy Engineer

We are now seeking a driven and experienced energy engineer for advisory services and our various energy service projects within the Energy & Environment business unit. The role is very varied and you will work with different energy assignments, both in existing large and small energy service projects and creating new business through advisory services, energy investigations and mappings. You will become part of a pleasant work group that currently consists of 12 people. The role is located at Caverion's modern office at Västberga Allé 36A, Hägersten - Stockholm. About the role Your role as an energy engineer means that you need to have broad expertise both in energy systems and the energy market as the work meets a variety of different customer needs and requests. As an engineer at Caverion, you will work with smaller and larger energy projects with some project management responsibility, depending on your personal qualities. You will handle daily contact with customers and colleagues. You will participate as expert knowledge in new sales and actively work and support the internal organization with expertise in the energy field. You have documented experience of energy engineering work as a contractor, consultant or in industry. Possession of a certificate for conducting EKL (Energy Mapping for Large Companies) and/or Energy Expert certificate is a merit. Furthermore, you have documented knowledge of building technical systems such as building automation, ventilation and/or heating/plumbing systems. Experience in the design of plumbing or ventilation systems is a merit. As a person you are responsible, structured, social and have the ability to build relationships and collaborate. You work in a goal-oriented manner and have a burning interest in technology within the real estate field. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently and on your own initiative with a focus on business and results. The role requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as well as a category B driving license. Business travel occurs, but it varies depending on the assignment.
