Project Manager at Swix AB

About the Position We are now seeking a project manager for our client Swix AB in Smedjebacken. As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving both smaller and larger projects within switchgear, from planning and startup through implementation, monitoring, and closure. The role involves overall responsibility where you work with planning, budgeting, monitoring, and coordination. You maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring that different parts of the projects work together. You will become part of a stable organization with colleagues both in the office and on site. In the project manager group, there are two additional project managers with whom you work closely and have the opportunity to collaborate and discuss matters. Projects are located throughout Sweden and there may also be projects abroad, which means travel is a natural part of the position. Responsibilities Lead smaller and larger switchgear projects from start to finish Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects Manage project budgets and ongoing financial monitoring Monitor schedules, costs, and resources Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and partners Coordinate work between projects, site, and office Participate in construction and project meetings Handle deviations and solve problems that arise during project execution Manage project closure and follow-up Location: Smedjebacken Scope: Full-time Work Hours: Daytime, travel occurs About You You are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented and enjoy having responsibility for multiple parts of a project simultaneously. You are good at collaborating and communicating with different people and feel confident in contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You have the ability to hold the project together, see what needs to be done, and ensure that the right people are involved. You are flexible when circumstances change and enjoy driving work forward. Qualifications Experience in project management Experience from electrical power and switchgear Good technical understanding Experience with customer and supplier contacts Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience in procurement Experience working on site We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
