You lead and organize the daily work in the restaurant and ensure guests receive the best possible treatment. You stay on top of any changes, collaborate with other departments, and ensure we always have the right products in stock. You are responsible for beverage orders, create events in the restaurant, and develop and engage your colleagues. You work in close dialogue with the Reservations Manager/Reception and solve whatever comes your way. What We're Looking For: Your Background and Experience You come from a solid restaurant background and ideally have previous experience as a Maître d' or Restaurant Manager. Being knowledgeable in food and beverages and having a feel for the guests in front of you is essential. Being cheerful, stress-resilient, and someone who finds life enjoyable is a given. We especially welcome you if you are a sommelier and can conduct various beverage events. This role requires you to be confident in making independent decisions and be an engaged leader.
