Jula is growing and expanding, which means a number of projects are being launched and managed in parallel. To meet these needs, Jula is now seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for one or more projects in different phases of the project lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or more projects from initial study through project completion. You will plan projects and be responsible for project execution and deliverables. In your role, you will lead and support project team members toward established goals and continuously report on resource situation, timeline, and budget. Your points of contact will include your project teams, steering committees, project sponsors, and internal functions. The role is part of Jula's Project Management Office and will operate across the entire organization with specialized expertise in project management and ownership of the project portfolio. As a Project Manager, you will be part of this team that continuously works on further developing Jula's project model and the ongoing development of the Project Management Office. Your Background and Experience We are looking for someone with experience successfully leading projects where many different stakeholders need to collaborate to reach common goals. You have strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders in the organization. You are experienced in creating engagement, building relationships, and adapting your communication based on your audience, whether it's project teams, operations representatives, specialists, managers, or steering committees. We also welcome candidates with post-secondary education, preferably in project management or another relevant field, and who have strong English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
