About the role In this role, you are responsible for the dining room, conference operations, hospitality and the restaurant's financial monitoring together with the finance manager for Gotland Grönt Centrum. During the startup phase, you and the head chef will build the team together with Gotland Grönt Centrum's management. You are jointly responsible for recruiting and planning additional staff based on operational needs. The long-term strategic development is led by Gotland Grönt Centrum's project manager and CEO.
