We are now seeking a colleague for our group home Apoteksgatan, located in Slite, a town on Northern Gotland. It is a residential facility with special services under LSS (Swedish Disability Support Act) and provides 24-hour care. We currently have a team of 8 staff members. Your responsibilities As a support assistant/residential care assistant, you will work alongside your colleagues to provide support, service, and care to the residents. It is a responsible position with a pedagogical perspective where you support our clients by helping with, among other things: - Personal care - Household tasks - Medication administration and other delegated health services - Accompaniment/escorting The position includes contact person responsibilities, which means you will be responsible for support plans, contact with family members, and coordination of disability support, health, and social services.
