Gotlands Korvfabrik och Växtchark manufactures both meat-based and plant-based artisanal delicacies at G:a sockerbruket in Roma. We work with local ingredients and focus on high quality. Our products are sold in our own farm shop in Roma, to restaurants and stores on Gotland and mainland Sweden. We work with organic and KRAV-certified production. We also have a restaurant and provide catering services. We are now looking for an additional colleague to join our team. The work includes manufacturing food products such as sausages, cured meats, fermented items, as well as participating in developing new products and dishes for our restaurant. The role also includes tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, packaging, labeling, record-keeping, and food preparation in our restaurant and at events. The work can be both routine and highly varied. Primarily you will work in production, but you will also spend time in the restaurant and at events and catering. Heavy lifting is involved. The position is available as soon as possible, but we place great importance on finding the right person. This is a parental leave replacement position with strong potential for extension. We continue to grow as a company and see a need for additional staff in the future.
