Learning on the job: Experienced colleagues share their know-how, which you actively absorb. Here, not knowing isn't shameful—not asking is. What you absolutely need: Interest in IT and the drive to develop in this field—that's the foundation for everything else. Basic familiarity with Windows environments (installation, setup, troubleshooting common issues). Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to see tasks through to completion. A plus, not a requirement: Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft 365. Basic networking knowledge (IP address, router, switch—you know what we're talking about).
