Mechanical Engineering Technicians for Project Planning and Implementation

MANUFACTURING-TECHNICAL WORKER (Mechanical Engineering) (with opportunity for gradual assumption of broader responsibility for department operations) What awaits you: The position combines technical activities, work coordination, and client communication. We will gradually train you in a specialized area currently managed by an experienced department head. Your role will be: 1. Technical and Preparatory Tasks - technical assessment of orders and repairs - preparation of materials for price and technical quotes - work in SolidWorks / AutoCAD - client communication regarding scope of work - participation in inspection days - coordination of subcontractors and documentation 2. Coordination Activities - planning maintenance work together with the foreman and technician - determining scope of scaffolding, materials, and procedures - organizing orders and monitoring progress - daily technical-organizational meetings 3. Documentation Work - preparation of monthly work, material, and scaffolding reports - maintenance of assembly logs (inspection) - record-keeping of warranty period start and end dates - compilation of documentation for project handover 4. Collaboration with People - close collaboration with foreman, technician, and manager - client communication on technical matters - participation in interviews for new positions (after training) Who we're looking for: You don't need to meet everything. What matters is willingness to learn and gradually take on more responsibility.
