Job Responsibilities: - Assist members with check-in, applications, membership, and overall gym orientation - Create personalized training plans tailored to individual needs - Track client progress and adjust workouts according to their requirements - Instruct proper technique, correct form, and ensure safe training - Monitor safety across all gym zones (cardio, strength, functional) - Build relationships with clients and support long-term collaboration Candidate Requirements: - Fitness instructor or personal trainer certification (required) - Excellent communication skills - Interest in fitness and healthy lifestyle - Ability to motivate and support clients - Experience in a fitness environment is a plus - English language knowledge is a plus Suitable for recent graduates as well.
