About the Client Company PartnerTech has production facilities in Karlskoga and Filipstad with approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 15 axes. The operation also includes modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement, among other capabilities. The company primarily supplies products to the defense industry, but also to the energy and automotive industries. Your Responsibilities Responsibilities As a CNC operator, you will work with CNC-controlled machines and be responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality and runs efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include: • Turning as well as re-rigging and changeover between different items • Monitoring and operation of CNC machines • Verification and analysis of measurement results • Reporting of completed work • Tool changes • Daily maintenance and care of machines and equipment PartnerTech works with several different control systems and uses Monitor as their business system. You will work alongside knowledgeable and committed colleagues and contribute to ensuring that production runs efficiently and safely. This position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Konsultia AB and work on-site at our client PartnerTech in Karlskoga. Your Profile We are looking for someone with CNC training and several years of experience working as a CNC operator. You are comfortable working with computers and have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and organized. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible, and adapt easily when circumstances change. You are quality-conscious and results-oriented and are motivated by delivering excellent results. Additional Information Formal Requirements • Class B driver's license • CNC training • Several years of experience as a CNC operator • Strong Swedish language skills to be able to read and understand instructions and safety regulations • Good computer skills This position is subject to defense secrecy and requires Swedish citizenship.
