About the Operations The Surgery Operations Area is a regional operation, which means close collaboration between the county's three hospitals. The General Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Hallsberg is responsible for assessing, investigating, and treating patients who need specialist psychiatric services for adults over 18 years of age.
